JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of Diesel Operated compressors, De-humidifier, Bulk Blasting Machines and Wheel Abrator etc.
- Responsible for implementing and setting priorities for preventive maintenance program.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and materials for repairing mechanical equipment.
- To have better Equipment Control and robust optimization of Equipment’s Monitor distribution of machines/equipment etc.
- Have up-to-date information for movement of machines and equipment.
- Prepare MIS on equipment control.
- Effectively supervise Mechanical Team to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, regulations, and the site schedule.
- Ensure department personnel are properly supervised, trained, and qualified to perform assignments, including emergency plan.
- Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management including initiation of disciplinary action for assigned employees.
- Accountable for employee compliance with safety, quality, and health procedures.
